A wonderful opportunity to deepen your understanding and enjoyment of cheese. The Academy of Cheese - Level 1 course will have you tasting cheese like a professional.

 

In this one-day course, you will be introduced to a range of tools to taste and talk about different cheeses. How to categorise different styles and identify the provenance and quality of a variety of beautiful cheeses.

 

Course includes full-day training as well as access to the Academy of Cheese online resources and the Level 1 online exam.

 

All cheeses for tasting are provided as well as a light lunch and refreshments.
