I Eat My Cheese With Honey…

It may not be the first thing that springs to mind when you think of a cheese and charcuterie board but honey is an amazing addition to try. The sweetness as well the often floral or herby notes contrast perfectly with the creamy, nutty, earthy notes of cheese and the salty, savoury flavours of charcuterie.



Some of our favorite combinations to drizzle honey on are Trealy farms spicy Njuda style with creamy mozzarella or the amazing Cropwell Bishop Beauvale blue with crunchy cobnuts or Quicke’s earthy goat cheddar with Tempus Coppa and fresh peppery leaves.
